Our Productive process
Seed laboratory
The laboratory has a sifter machine, a seed counter, precision weights, two incubators and a storeroom. Two people work in the laboratory to analyze and prepare the seeds for delivery to the planting area.
Planting process
We have two high precision seeding machines, which allows us to work under strict protocols to ensure the quality, traceability and safety in planting.
We offer plants in seedlings trays, with a format from 10 to 300 cm³ of substrate per seedling and densities ranging from 240 to 2,300 plants for each m².
Germination chamber
We have two 650 m³ germination chambers, which can hold about 43,680 trays. Its heating system is through underfloor heating, and constant ambient humidity over 90% is achieved through two high-precision devices that spray water from the ceiling of the chambers.
We have a built-in monitoring system that records and stores all temperature and humidity information every two minutes.
Greenhouse layout
Our Vegetable Nursery has a surface area close to 100,000 m², in which there are 110 high-tech greenhouses, automatic irrigation aerial trolleys and tray conveyor belts.
Our highly specialized team is in charge, among other things, of the implementation of the CONIC productive software, which records the traceability of each tray.
Finished plant delivery
Thanks to our experience in the field, we have absolute clarity in the time required to produce each species and variety.. That is why we can ensure the on-time delivery of plants of excellent quality, fulfilling the specific characteristics requested by each client.

Our Technological development
Our commitment is to be at the cutting edge of technology, so that our service can be the best and most competitive in the market. This is possible thanks to software and applications that we have developed internally, in addition to the seed laboratory and the great team of professionals behind it all.
We currently use specialized software for nursery management, which helps in the daily management of the production and commercial chain, as it allows us to enter customer orders according to different parameters and facilitates the management of statistical and productive information of what we do internally, as well as the programming of fertilization and irrigation.
Likewise, since 2019, we have been working with a network of equipment, which, through sensors, collects information that helps in the management and control of the climate in greenhouses. In each of them it is possible to program the opening and closing of curtains, turn on and off the heating, operate fans, among other things.
Another technology that we are developing internally is the use of the Los Olmos App, which can be used in different tasks, such as the irrigation management and phytosanitary administration. Its management is based on capturing the information required by the user through a barcode scan, corresponding to the order of each client.
