Our Production Process
Seed laboratory
The laboratory has a sieving machine, a seed counter, precision weights, two incubator units and a storage room. Two people work there to analyze and prepare the seeds for delivery to the planting area.
Seeding process
We have two high precision seeding machinesThis allows us to work under strict protocols to ensure quality, traceability and innocuousness in sowing.
We offer plants in nursery traysWe offer plants in potting trays, from 10 to 300 cm³ of substrate per seedling and densities ranging from 240 to 2,300 plants per m².
Germination chamber
We have two germination chambers of 650 m³, which can hold about 43,680 trays.which can hold about 43,680 trays. Its heating system is by radiant earthenware, and the constant environmental humidity over 90% is achieved through two high-precision equipment that spray water from the roof of the chambers.
We have a built-in monitoring system that, every two minutes, records and stores all temperature and humidity information.
Greenhouse distribution
Our Vegetable Nursery has a surface area of nearly surface area of nearly 100,000 m²It has 110 high-tech warehouses, automatic irrigation air carts and tray conveyor belts.

Our Technological development
Our commitment is to be at the forefront of technology, so that our service can be the best and most competitive in the market. This is possible thanks to the software and applications that we have developed internally, in addition to the seed laboratory and the great team of professionals behind it all.
We currently use a specialized software for nursery management, which helps in the daily management of the production and commercial chain, as it allows us to enter customer orders according to different parameters and facilitates the management of statistical and productive information of what we do internally, as well as the programming of fertilization and irrigation.
Likewise, since 2019 we have been working with a network of equipment, which, through sensors, collects information that helps in the management and control of the climate in the greenhouses. In each of them it is possible to program the opening and closing of curtains, turn on and off the heating, operate fans, among other things.
Another technology that we are developing internally is the use of the Los Olmos App, which can be used in different tasks, such as irrigation management and phytosanitary administration. Its use is based on capturing the information required by the user by scanning a bar code corresponding to each customer's order.
